Aerol® Contact
Compounds are soft, buttery preparations based
on synthetic oils. They are applied on electrical
and electronic contacts of switches, tuners,
and potentiometers etc that are usually made
of copper, silver and brass. They provide lubrication
to contacts and prevent wear and tear. They
also protect contacts from ill effects of moisture,
dust and oxidation and enhance the electrical
performance of such contacts.

Temperature Bearing Compounds |

Aerol® High
Temperature Bearing Compounds are heavy-duty
preparations containing Molybdenum disulphide.
These compounds also contain a polymeric synthetic
additive, which improves surface adherence and
provides back up lubrication during total lubricant
loss occurrence. These compounds are capable
of operating in arduous conditions of heavy
load, vibration, high temperature or where small
amounts of water are present. These compounds
are resistant to high pressure, shock loading
and possess excellent extreme pressure resistance
property.

Applications |

All
types of bearings operating at high temperature
(180°C). All types of ball, roller, needle
and spherical bearings. Splined shafts, threaded
drive spindles and drive couplings in machinery
and heavy duty vehicles, tractors, cranes, excavators,
conveyers and fork lift trucks. General lubrication
of machinery subject to high loads and material
handling equipment.
